SainzMontes

Ortega/Calvo project as the more controlling pair: Ortega’s backhand-side management and volley volume should impose long positional rallies, while Calvo’s job is to finish when the space opens. Sainz/Montes can absolutely compete if they speed up transitions and attack Ortega’s partner under pressure, but in a Major the pair with clearer structure and net control usually prevails. Slight edge to Ortega/Calvo in tight sets, especially if conditions are warm and the ball flies.
